What Your Perfume Bottle Is Not Telling You
When a perfume lists "rose" as a note, it is not telling you thatย rose is in the bottle. It is telling you that the fragrance createsย an impression of rose โ which may be produced by any of dozens of
synthetic molecules, none of which come from a flower. The ingredientย list on your perfume tells you almost nothing about what you areย actually wearing.
