Frequency Notes

The advice to spend time alone — to restore, to reflect, to reconnect with yourself — is not wrong. But it is not equally useful to every frequency. For some Life Paths, solitude is where their actual life happens. For others, extended time alone is a mild but genuine form of deprivation that leaves them less resourced, not more. Knowing which you are is not a minor distinction.

The woman who appears unambitious by conventional standards may be driving toward something the conventional framework has no metric for.
