Frequency Notes

The reinvention conversation tends to celebrate the dramatic: the career pivot, the relocation, the new identity constructed from different materials. What it rarely addresses is whether the reinvention is building toward the frequency or away from it — whether what is being redesigned is the container or the frequency itself. These are not the same redesign, and confusing them is one of the most consequential mistakes available in the conscious life.
